Year 6

This half term Year 6 are continuing with their WWII topic, they have covered a vast amount already and have this week enjoyed composing their own verses for our own version of We'll Meet Again amongst many other activities.

On Friday we will be educating each other by sharing our homework projects, the standard of which is the highest I have ever seen! A huge thank you and well done to all of you!

On Monday 7th November we held a meeting for parents about the  SATs tests for 2012, many of you will I am sure know by now how we deal with SATs at Whaley Bridge. The main changes this year are that the writing test  which will be marked internally by a small commitee which will ensure a consistent and accurate level is awarded for writing. The writing task will be completed by June. Thank you for taking the time to attend the meeting.
